Shipping is free within the continental United States for every product we carry. However, there are a few places that are prohibitively expensive to ship to. In those cases we might need to make an exception, but we’ll try to make it work.
If an item is in stock it will ship within 1 business day. We will send you a notification as soon as your product ships. It will include a tracking number so you have something to constantly refresh while you’re waiting for your gear to arrive.
Yes, you can cancel your order before it ships. The only exception is special order items which cannot be cancelled after the order has been placed.
We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 3 business days of ordering and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don’t ship on weekends.

United States: You can expect your package to arrive in 7-10 working days.
Others: 10-20 working days.

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.
